For $575 per year, you’ll receive the following:
- 4x Periodontal Maintenance Cleanings
- 2x regular dental examinations per year
- Any radiographs (“x-rays”) associated with the preventive visits
- Oral cancer screening, blood pressure reading, oral hygiene instruction, TMJ screening, and any other services that typically are included in the preventive appointment
