Bright Side Dental held its first dental implant seminar with Dr. Derek Grytzelius and Dr. James Neme on Nov. 8th at our Sterling Heights location. Both explained various topics in detail for an audience about the latest advancements in implant dentistry. The event was also graciously hosted by Sterling Heights Office Manager Evica Nedelkovski, who provided free refreshments and gifts for all attendees.
The hour-long seminar featured videos, photos, and ample information, bringing the community up-to-speed on modern dental solutions. The doctors discussed the pros and cons of each treatment method to help attendees make informed decisions for themselves or their loved ones.
Topics covered included, but were not limited to:
- Causes of bone loss and the domino effect
- Why losing teeth can make you look older
- The relation of dentures to heart disease and cancer
- How dental implants work
- Why denture wearers have a shorter lifespan
