Job Summary:
Maintain and organize front office functions such as greeting and communicating patients arrival promptly and manages administrative records and pulling/filing office charts, answering the office phone and distributing calls or messages accordingly among job shift.

Reports To: Office Manager

Responsibilities:
- Greet every patient
- Unlock doors, open blinds, turn on TV and open sign
- Refill coffee/tea table
- Answer phones and direct calls to proper post
- Confirm appointments 3 days out
- Pull charts 2 days in advance
- Check next days charts
- Run a new patient report at the end of every day
- Clean and sock bathrooms
- Ordering online, putting shipments away
- Sort mail, distribute mail and stamp/send mail
- Check emails & Dentech Communicator
- File charts
- Check voicemail
- Check patients in
- Put new patients information in system
- Print schedules every morning and make rotations
- Call patients who are more than 10 minutes late
- Put together new patient charts & registration packets
