"For the first time in my life, I feel like smiling with my mouth open. Because I don't feel self-conscious."

Everything You Need To Know About Implants

Teeth That Never Come Out — So You Can Finally Stop Working Around Them.
The fix is implants: small anchors set into your jawbone, with teeth fixed on top. They don’t come out. Nothing to soak, nothing to glue, nothing that slips while you’re eating. You brush them like teeth, because that’s what they are now.
How we get you there depends on you. Some patients need a full arch replaced. Some need far less. The number of implants, the materials, and the pace all come down to your jaw, your health, and your budget — which is the whole point of the free 3D scan. You don’t have to know which one you need. That’s our job.
You’re Not Trusting Your Smile to Someone Still Learning.
We’ve Done This for 40+Years.
Most implant centers in Metro Detroit started in the last 5–10 years. We’ve been doing this work since before “All-on-4” was even marketed as a procedure. That kind of experience can’t be shortcut. It’s the most important thing you’re paying for.

No Referrals. No Running Around. Faster Results.
One Team From Start to Smile.
At most practices, your case bounces between a surgeon, a prosthodontist, and your dentist – three offices, three bills, three opinions. At Bright Side Dental the same team handles everything under one roof, cutting out the referrals, the wait times, and the runaround entirely. One location, one team, and a faster path to permanent teeth.
Rest Easy Knowing Sedation Options Keep You Comfortable & Relaxed.
Sedation options are available for every case and every anxiety level. Our team has placed implants for patients who walked in terrified and walked out relieved. Our entire practice was built around virtually pain free care and that commitment applies to every step of your treatment.

Competitors charge $89, $150, even $500 just to look at your case. We don’t. Your first visit costs you nothing, including the 3D cone-beam scan that maps your jaw structure with precision (a $300–$500 value elsewhere). You’ll walk out with a complete treatment plan and transparent pricing before you leave the chair. No guesswork, no pressure, and no commitment required.
Told she wasn’t a candidate.
BSD proved them wrong.
“I was told elsewhere I didn’t have enough bone. Bright Side did the 3D scan, showed me exactly what was possible, and laid out a plan that worked. The procedure itself? I barely remember it. Honestly the easiest part of the whole thing.”

Every Hesitation. Every Question. Honest Answers.
A dental implant can cost anywhere between $1,000-$4,500. The costs depends on the number of implants necessary, the type of implant and insurance coverage, among other factors.
The Dental Implant procedure is the process of replacing missing or damaged teeth with new prosthetic teeth. The procedure starts with placing a small titanium post in the jaw bone. Once the bone has grown around the post a crown, bridge or over-denture is put in place.
You may experience minor discomfort after a dental implant surgery. Once the implant procedure is complete the implant will require regular maintenance like natural teeth. Brushing, flossing and regular exams are necessary to keep your implant durable.
If you think you are experiencing anything out of the ordinary after your procedure, contact your dentist right away or visit an emergency dentist.
